I advise caution if you have gastrointestinal issues, as it can cause irritation. I bought it for joint problems due to arthritis. Curcumin significantly reduces inflammation, and doctors recommend it. I took Collagen as well, which helped further. After two months, the pain and clicking in my knees have improved considerably.

Good product! I've been taking Himalaya Turmeric 95 consistently for two months, one capsule daily for my knee injury. Although I've tried several brands over the years with no improvement, I find this one satisfactory. It helps alleviate knee pain and supports my joints. I appreciate that it is free from wheat and corn, and it's vegan too. I recommend it to my family, especially the elderly.
